### What is this resource and why does it exist ?

***The Art of Auditing*** is a community-driven resource that brings together the knowledge and battle-tested expertise of top-performing, reputable experts in web3 security.

This resource is a **carefully curated** collection of insights from the best web3 security experts, designed to serve as a **repository of collective wisdom** built on **thousands of hours** of hands-on auditing experience. Each contributor has been **carefully handpicked** from the leaderboards of contest and bug bounty platforms to make sure the end result represents the `creme de la creme` of accumulated web3 security knowledge.

### Who is the author?

This is a **community-driven resource** designed to bring together the **expertise of top auditors** in one place, empowering everyone in the web3 security space to learn, progress, get inspired and improve.

This resource is **NOT** owned by any individual, it is also **NOT** a book (it just looks fancy). **Every contributor** retains **full authorship, ownership** and **credit** for their unique contributions.

I do **NOT** claim any ownership or authorship - each contributor is fully credited for their own insights. My mission in this is simply to unify the individual expertise of top auditors and hunters in one single place and  make it accessible so that everyone can benefit from that collective wisdom.
